Rob is the host of WIN Television's "Fishing Australia", a popular series broadcast around regional Australia and on Channel 9 in Perth and Adelaide, the Imparja and the NBN Network. Fishing Australia just enjoyed its 11th season on air (2011) with Series 12 already in production (find out more at www.fishingaustralia.tv).

With a background as a Fishing Guide and Instructor, and having also spent 15 years in the fishing media, Rob's specialty is teaching the art of Fishing. He is lucky enough to have fished extensively from the mountains to the sea and beyond and has gained volumes of experience in all forms of Fishing.

Rob also acts as a writer and consultant for leading Australian fishing magazines. He is also guest writer for overseas fishing, sporting and travel magazines. Additionally he also has a weekly column with the Rural Press network of newspapers in Australia that has been running for over twelve years.

The recently released first volume of his DVD series "Fishing with Rob Paxevanos" was created as a comprehensive must-have tool for all anglers. This special two-disc release covers the essentials of jetty, estuary, offshore and kayak fishing, along with some more advanced techniques for more experienced anglers. On Disc 2, "Barra, Beach and Billfish", Rob builds on techniques covered in Disc 1 and details some truly epic adventures.
